Terms and Conditions of Use for tpower

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the tpower platform — including the website, mobile application and any services provided — you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes effect automatically and continues each time you use the platform.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

2. Registration and Account

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

Account registration at tpower is only permitted for individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above at the time of registration
• Acting in a personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of a third party
• Not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is absolutely prohibited
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme or banned from the platform

2.2 One Account Only

Each individual is only permitted to have one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, identity card number, mobile number or financial information is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is truthful, complete and current. tpower reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad or passport at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the temporary suspension of your account.

2.4 Password Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. tpower will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

tpower accepts deposits via the following methods:

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM50. Deposits below this limit will not be processed. tpower does not charge users any processing fees for deposits.

3.3 Ownership of Funds

All deposited funds must belong entirely to the user. Use of a payment method that is not registered in the name of the account holder requires further verification from the tpower support team before the transaction can be approved.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is RM50. Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or e-wallet registered by the user.

4.2 Processing Time

tpower processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour of the request being received, subject to successful identity verification and full completion of bonus wagering requirements.

4.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

First withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain limit may require additional identity verification. The tpower team reserves the right to request supporting documents for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

4.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will only be processed using the same method as the original deposit, subject to assessment by tpower. If the original method is unavailable, the user should contact customer service for an alternative arrangement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tpower offers a welcome bonus of 120% up to RM300 on a new member's first deposit. For example, a deposit of RM100 will yield a bonus of RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning RM120 × 20 = RM2,400 must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus winnings is permitted.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of the promotion concerned
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user
• tpower reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through fraudulent means or system abuse
• Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period — this period is stated in the terms of each promotion

5.3 VIP Cashback Programme

Eligible members may join the tpower VIP programme, which offers weekly cashback based on membership tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are determined by wagering activity and user loyalty throughout the membership period. tpower reserves the right to update VIP benefits from time to time with reasonable notice.

6. Game Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All game results are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited, or determined by a licensed third-party game provider. Results recorded by the tpower server are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical failure has occurred.

6.2 Technical Failure

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, tpower reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the user's account. Payments made as a result of a technical error may be reversed by tpower.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and are set by the respective game providers. Users are encouraged to check these limits in the game interface before starting a betting session.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tpower platform and may result in permanent account closure and legal action:

• Money laundering or the use of funds from illegal activities
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to influence game outcomes
• Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual
• Bonus abuse through betting strategies designed to meet requirements without genuine risk
• Collusion between players to exploit live casino or poker games
• Attempting to hack, alter, or damage tpower's systems
• Providing false user information or falsifying identity verification documents

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by User

Users may close their account at any time by contacting tpower customer service via live chat or email. Any valid cash balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to identity verification and fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements.

8.2 Closure by tpower

tpower reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision in these terms
• Recommendation by a regulatory authority or governing body
• Fraud or activities that compromise the security of the platform
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified period

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gambling reasons may contact the support team. tpower offers self-exclusion options for a set period or permanently, in line with our responsible gambling policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

tpower provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no specific guarantee regarding uninterrupted platform availability. To the extent permitted by law:

• tpower is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control
• tpower is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users
• tpower's liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim

Users acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that the decision to gamble is entirely their own responsibility.

10. Amendments to Terms

tpower reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the official tpower website. Users will be notified via platform notifications or email for material amendments.

Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any valid balance before the amendment's effective date.
